Return Eligibility
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, no odors or stains, with original tags and packaging.
- Sets: Sweatsuits purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Proof of purchase: Required (order number or receipt email).
Items returned outside our guidelines may be denied or sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).
- Gift cards and store credit purchases.
- Face coverings, socks, undergarments, and accessories worn close to skin.
- Customized or altered items.
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (RMA).
- Pack securely. Include all original packaging and tags to prevent damage in transit.
Unauthorized returns without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
- US returns: Choose either
- A prepaid label from us with a flat $8.95 deducted from your refund, or
- Your own carrier/label (trackable service required).
- Incorrect, defective, or damaged items: We cover the return shipping after verification.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- We can place a temporary hold on the replacement item for 3 business days once your return is in transit.
- If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit per your preference.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility, plus your bank’s posting time (typically 5–10 business days).
- Shipping fees and optional protection services are non-refundable.
- No restocking fees for approved returns in new condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Include photos of the issue, inner/outer labels, and shipping box.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a refund and cover return/exchange shipping.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
- Mark the shipment “Return of Goods” to avoid additional import charges.
- Duties and taxes paid at import are not refundable by us; contact your local customs or carrier for potential recovery.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- We can modify or cancel an unshipped order within 60 minutes of placement during business hours. Email [email protected].
- Once an order is processed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed; you may start a return after delivery.
- Pre-orders: You may cancel for a full refund any time before shipment.
- Wrong address: Contact us immediately; we’ll do our best to assist but cannot guarantee intercepts.
Gifts & Store Credit
- Items marked as gifts at purchase can be returned for store credit to the recipient.
- Gifts not marked as such will refund the original purchaser.
Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended window through January 15 of the following year or 45 days from delivery, whichever is longer. Standard item condition rules apply.
