1) Agreement to Terms

3) Orders, Acceptance & Availability

• We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email; this email does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and refund the affected portion of your order.

• We reserve the right to substitute packaging, tags, or minor design elements that do not materially affect the product’s function or quality.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout when applicable.
• We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the full order amount.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel any affected orders and issue a refund.
• Promotions, coupon codes, and sale pricing may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• We ship to the locations listed in our Shipping Information. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier. Please file claims for packages lost or damaged in transit with the carrier; we will assist when possible.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional reshipment fees.
• Signature confirmation or delivery restrictions may apply to higher-value orders at our discretion.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached, unless otherwise specified in our policy.
