International Shipping
Availability
We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact support for options.
- Preferred carriers: DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.
- Typical transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- Orders ship DDU/DDP based on destination. Any duties or VAT not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
- Refusal of duties may result in return-to-sender. Original shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
Tracking & Order Status
Tracking Updates
- Tracking is emailed when your label is created. It can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
- You can also track via your account if you created one at checkout.
Split Shipments
We may ship items separately to expedite delivery or when items originate from different facilities. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Signature
Address & Order Edits
- We process fast. If you need a change, email [email protected] within 30 minutes of placing the order. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
- Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned may incur re-shipping fees.
Signature Requirement
- Orders valued at $300+ may require an adult signature upon delivery.
- Signature service helps protect against loss or theft. Carrier discretion may apply by region.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Delivery Limits
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS. Expedited options may be limited.
Restricted Addresses
- We do not ship to freight forwarders for high-risk items at our discretion.
- Orders flagged by our system may be held for verification or canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Preorders, Launches & Delays
Preorders
- Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Preorder and in-stock items may ship separately.
- Your payment method is charged at checkout to reserve inventory.
Peak Periods
- During major drops, holiday periods, or severe weather, processing and transit may extend by several days.
- We’ll post service bulletins on product pages or send emails when possible.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If Tracking Shows Delivered
- Check with neighbors, building management, and around your property.
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.
- If still missing, contact the carrier to open a trace, then email us with the case number.
Claims & Resolutions
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item.
- Lost claims can be filed 7 business days after last scan (domestic) or 14 business days (international).
- Approved claims are refunded or replaced subject to stock availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
